Prizm Communications will process your charges. Prizm Comm will appear on
your credit card bill. Prizm Communications is dedicated to achieve
customer satisfaction. We strive to maintain up to date information about
product and services on our web site. For your protection, we have the
following warranty and disclaimer listed below...

We provide limited warranty. Any calling card you purchase from Prizm
Communications has 15 days warranty. Within these 15 days if cards go out
of business we will replace a new card for you. We guaranty for the pin
number and 1800 & local access number, not loss of airtime. Each cards has
their own customer service department and they will assist you if you have
any questions regarding their products. Calling cards are non-refundable
once you received the pin number.

Rates may be higher on calls to Cellular Phones.

Rates are subjected to change without notice. Although this does not
happen often.

Calls from pay phone are subject to an additional charge of 50 to 75
per call.

Calling Card or PINs are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non
Exchangeable

Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly maintenance fee & taxes may apply on certain
phone cards.

Prizm Communications is not a manufacturer for any calling cards. We are
the retailer and wholesaler for the cards we sell through our website.

A buyer must agree with all of the above terms and condition in order to
make purchase of any calling cards from our website.
